Returning a product
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven (7) days to return the items from the date you receive your order.
Delivery charges will not be reimbursed in the event of returns. The customer must also pay for any collection charges.
Returned products must be sent in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with their manuals, accessories and any promotional gifts that they may have been included with the product. Once we receive the items at our warehouses, and after we check the items conditions, we will return the amount you paid in the same form of payment you originally used.
In any case, we will accept returns for wrong shipments, and C6Center will pay shipping changes in these cases, as long as the customer informs of this situation within seven (7) days from the time they receive their order.
